 Northern Lights Youth Gymnastics

NLYG is THRILLED to share their passion for gymnastics with your son/daughter!

Gymnastics is an amazing sport that develops both physical and emotional strength and they are firm believers that the training involved in their program will not only build on your child’s tumbling skills but will also help them excel at whatever other sports they choose in the future.

Each class will begin with a warm-up and stretching routine that promotes flexibility and prevents pulled muscles.  Students will then learn and develop various skills on the

tumbling mats, balance beams, springboard and bar set.  Fun conditioning drills are also incorporated into each class.  Students will be broken into small groups based on the skills they are currently mastering so this class is great for all levels and abilities!
