Special Education Paraprofessional, Long-Term Substitute (Dec. 6 – June 4)
Assist special education teachers by providing assistance as directed to students on IEPs, including help with assignments, use of equipment, and personal care needs, and helping teachers with clerical tasks as needed. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer associate’s degree, two years study beyond high school, or passed the Para Pro exam. Pay is $12.50/hour. Math Corp Tutors at Barnum Elementary, 2018-2019 School YearTutors come from many backgrounds and include recent high school and college grads, career changers, stay-at- home parents, and retirees.
